Please register and complete payment online by following the instructions on the official website: https://afsumb2026.org/en/. Early registration is highly recommended.

Registration fees are divided into three categories depending on the registration period:

  • Early registration: before January 12, 2026

  • Pre-registration: before February 26, 2026

  • Late/On-site registration: from February 26, 2026

AFSUMB member: the delegate is a member (of the society) / a person with nationality belonging to one of the 17 member societies of AFSUMB, including: Bangladesh (BSU), Taiwan (CTSUM), Hong Kong (HKSUM), India (IFUMB), Indonesia (ISUM), Japan (JSUM), Korea (KSUM),  Mongolia (MSDU), Malaysia (MSUM), Singapore (MUSS), Thailand (MUST), Oman (OSUM), Philippine (PSUCMI), China (CMA/CSUM), Pakistan (USP), Nepal (USN), Vietnam (VSUM).

Note: Delegates are kindly requested to carefully read all instructions and follow the guidelines throughout the registration process.

Register your ID (e-mail) and password to join as a member of our website.

After signing up, log in with your ID and register for AFSUMB 2026 by filling in the requested information.

Check the total amount and choose the payment via Onepay.

A confirmation letter will be sent to you via email after receipt of the appropriate payment.

NOTE:

- Please download the receipt and the conference invitation letter from the “MY ACCOUNT” section on the website after you have completed registration

- Please remember to bring the QR code provided in your invitation letter for on-site registration at the Congress.
